Most of Our products our ship straight from our China warehouse. Some of our products are ship from our USA Warehouse. When we list our items we will mention the condition, and we will also mention when an item is coming from our china fulfillment warehouse or our USA Warehouse. ChinaTradeUSA.com do not make any claims regarding the products, goods, and services that we sale on our store.
We try our best to described our items, goods and services, as they are and as accurate as possible to our best ability. We provide our customers with lots pictures of the items for each item listing, to make sure our customers know exactly what they are buying. Please make sure to read all the product listing and understand what you are buying before placing an order. So I hope you understand that we are Not At Fault if you Purchased an item without reading all the information provide to you before you place your order or if you order A Size that Does NOT Fit You, etc.

Once your order is shipped, we will email the tracking information for your order to track your package. You will get a tracking number If you have choosing a shipping option with tracking number during check out. We offers different international shipping methods. Must of our item are ship via register Air Mail with tracking number, to track your order during transportation to your country. You can choose a faster shipping method for an extra fee.

Return Policy
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns, customers must contact us first to obtain an RMA return number before returning the item, item return without an RMA return number will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any item/s
USA Warehouse Return Policy:
All item that was ship from our USA Warehouse to our USA Customers must be return back to our US Warehouse withing 15 business days from the date of purchase. If you have any Problem with your order please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your package to let us know of the problem with your item. Buyer is responsible for all return cost to return the package back to us. Once with have received the item back to our warehouse and confirm the arrival of the package you returned, and confirm that the item is a defective item we will issue a refund back to your account. If we find that there is nothing wrong with returned items, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount that will be refund to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions. If this item is in your possession more than 15 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.
Global Warehouse Return Policy:
We know you will love our products. However, there might be time when you need to return items to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a replacement or refund. Also we suggest you contact us before returning any item/s, we will handle your case according to your specific situation. You should let us know the problems within 3 days after you have received the products.
1. If we sent the wrong item, we will either exchange the item or refund you in full.
2. If you made a mistake by ordering the wrong item, we will either refund you partially if you keep them or request to return the item for a full refund or an exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us will be covered fully by the customer. For exchange customer will pay shipping fees both ways.
Return Fees:
In all instances, no matter what the reason for returning the goods, the buyer must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to us. Whether you are requesting a refund, repair or exchange, you must send the item back before we can take action and proceed. Once we receive the returned item(s), and confirm that the item is a defective item we will process the refund, repair or exchange immediately. If we confirm that there is nothing wrong with returned items, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount that will be return to you. Returns from our customers are acceptable within 15 business days after you getting the package. When we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we will refund you the payment. If this item is in your possession more than 15 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement. Please returned the item to us with the Original Package and TAG, UNDAMAGED and UNWORN within 15 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. After we have receive the item and we have confirmed that the item is defective, we would immediately EXCHANGE the defective item to the correct item for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate use. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost.
